In reply to the numerous customers and others who called in regards to getting clarification on these firearms.
It was confirmed to me today that they are "off" the FRT and that all transfers are on hold, in other words you can't sell them as the transfer requests will NOT be processed.
I understand that the CFC is in the process of re-evaluating them.

It's all about the looks, maybe some soccer mom complained. I almost bought a BD 38 last month, was a bit too expensive for me. There were some on the EE for sale all of a sudden, makes me wonder if there was a leak.

BD UPDATE;
The entire affair was triggered by an individual, not the CFC....
Unfortunately I am not at liberty to discuss the matter any further....
It will become a lot clearer .... Perhaps in a few days.
