    John,

You know full well that with a tube of KY and some elbow grease you can jam a 28 1/2" rifle into a 28" case. With the right push, you can always get another 1/2" in.

Unlike tulips, a$$holes are in season all year round. And every year the crop gets bigger and bigger. Too bad we can't market a$$holes, we would be rich I tell you!

I've had good response from both email and phone. I'm old fashioned and like the phone service better which Marstar does better than most in my experience. You can't fault them for not training all their staff to deal with special needs children.

Still wandering why u have a section ‘’contact us’’ on your site…….

    I have a CZ 858 Tactical , folding stock…(measuring 28.5 inches long)

Will it fit in the 28"x11" Gun Case for SMG or Compact Carbine (black) MODEL: LP-PVC-DC28B ??

Really Gilles, I don't know how to explain this to you, but the sex act that you suggest is beyond my physical ability....

I also had trouble with emails and poor communication. It sucks when their hours are the same as yours and you can't phone from work.

I had trouble on the phone with a rude young guy from Marstar. Would have got his name but he hung up on me.

However, I have dealt directly with johnone and indeed found him great to deal with.

John may be a bit cranky at times, but that's a bit much...
    I'm quite happy with Marstar.
There are of course slight slip ups in every company.
    C'est la vie.

I have dealt with Marstar via email and sometimes, very rarely albeit, email replies have been slow but they have always replied. I bought a pair of Piettas from them and was extremely impressed with their service and products.

What this gentleman is is a prime example of that no matter how good you are as a retailer, some people will never be happy.

Keep up the good work John. I for one will always consider Marstar a great company to deal with and look forward to dealing with them again.

    With Greatest Respect,

    Matt
