I've always had great success with email. They only ignore me if I ask the same question over and over again that they have already answered. When I do that, I ignore me too.

Canada is a metric country, converting millimeter to milliinches is hard, when you multiple by two and thirty you sometime forget to carry the 1.
no ####. Great service, but why the #### would you use email when you can call? I emailed a few times, never got a response... then I call, if they're open I get through quickly and transfered to just the right guy ---- no bs.
Now if they could just get my SKS here tomorrow I might buy some flowers for John and ask him on a date
