I love Marstar.....period.
*BUT*
I take exception to all the posters who say "just call" when someone complains about lack of email response.
If a business (Marstar or otherwise) has an email option on their "contact us" page, they damn well better treat those emails with the same level of attention they give to phone calls. No one is forcing these companies to offer email contact, they choose to. Should they also choose to neglect said emails, they should give customers the courtesy of removing email as a form of contact.
Not answering an email is no differed than ignoring a phone that's been ringing for ten minutes or amvuy standing at the counter.
I own a business, I choose not to use the phone for customer contact......so guess what? I don't list a phone number! Brilliant eh?
I guess I could list a phone number and choose to ignore it when the phone rings, but if I do that I run the risk of pissing off my customers
See how that works? I don't care if you take emails or not.....what I DO care about is being given an actual accurate list of acceptable contact options.
Want me to call rather than email? No problem.....just TELL me that.
