    Question PAL reference?

    I already have my PAL. What can happen if you have a falling out or a quarrel with the person you used as a reference on your PAL ?
    Can they call and say they changed their mind about you, or something to that extent?

    They can report you as a public safety concern. It's an option when you call the 1-800 number. But I imagine they'd have to have a reason to do so.
