So the 97A is way easier to convert and the 38 took a month to assess. Tells more about the games they play.
Listen, and understand. That Liberal is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse- only fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your guns are gone.
BD-38 and BD-3008;
I would like to reply to the numerous e mails and telephone calls we have received....
We have NOT been notified by the RCMP or any other authority in Ottawa....
We learned, the same as you, this morning that in fact both these models are now considered prohibited....
I understand a letter will be going out to the owners offering several options
John
...one has to wonder what's next on the RCMP hit-list?
I just got a call from a friend that bought a BD-38. He just received a registered letter from the RCMP advising him that the BD-38 had been reclassified, and giving him 30 days to either turn it in for disposal or contest it in court. They will pay for it though: the purchase price, up to a maximum of $3500.
Got my registered letter today.. .good thing i kept my receipt... I think mine was almsot 3400 total with taxes.. And if we take the cash we waive our right in court..
So, its goodbye to an old friend,,and hello Kriss Vector... Lets see how long that lasts..
