Reclassification Status on the BD38 and BD3008?

UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the Firearms Tech Lab in Ottawa (ext.1090 after phoning main CFC 1800 number) and the FRT for the BD has been PULLED. NO TRANSFERS ARE POSSIBLE UNTIL THEY COMPLETE THEIR REVIEW (whenever the hell that is)

What that means is that they are busy trying to manipulate the system.

They should be brought to book, but because they use "techno mumbo jumbo" the policy makers can be convinced that they are "just doing my job, sir".

Anyone who has any knowledge and "believes" that the gsg5 is a "varient" of an MP5 is either incompetant or deliberately dishonest.

Hey, John, as you guys were sold out, I found one privately to buy, only to find out that the CFC is not allowing transfers. If you have information that CFC does not, please chime in with details. I don't know if something has changed since you guys sold off your stock, or if this is some kind of CFC error...
