    Since you have chosen to venture into this fracas perhaps one should also note how many times this client has retuirned goods for a full refund, I would challenge you to suppory your claim that we "screw people"

    Judging from the number of 'Marstar Sucks' threads...I would tend to describe you as a comedian more than a business man. FYI - Business man (like Yours Truly) tend to sympathize with customers having problems with their orders, and take their complaints seriously.

    Are we there yet?

    As someone pointed out, the actual facts are probably somewhere between the two Warring Factions, (and their Allies)

    I seem to remember another similar debate here regarding a Short, Magazine, Lee Enfield that had German markings on it. Now, we have a Tokarev that is apparently not what it is advertised as. And, at premium prices? Offered by the same person / company /whatever.

    So the obvious conclusion is (1) these were identified by an incompetent and offered for sale as rare, or (2) these were knowingly offered for sale with dubious credentials.

    Some customers are difficult to deal with, and some businesses, (even advertisers here) are of the opinion that all sales are final once we get the money.

    Posts like these do neither party any good. However, as pointed out, a lot of frustration can happen from trying to be reasonable but being delayed or put off when you are.

    So the simple solution here is for Johnone to refund the guy's money and make a note never to do business with him again. Also, Robin2y can make sure he never deals with Johnone/Marstar again.

    Case Closed!

    Just face it John....you can NEVER give enough....

    As for anyone with romantic ideas of a Norinco having tight tolerances....get your heads examined. If your slide rattles, take it up with the manufaturer, not the supplier....oh, you don't speak Chinese??....TOUGH! Marstar has only ever filled our needs for affordable firearms in an ever inflated market. Ever heard of the saying "you get what you pay for", Norinco decribes that saying (not the other way around). Your slide rattles?..get it swaged, your mags don't fit or feed, get them polished....It's Norinco guys, you buys these EXPECTING to need to work on them...

    And I love how there's always that one bad egg, the one who feels victimized because he didn't get the "special" attention he felt he deserved, BUT who is also a hipocrit because he wont shop elsewhere, so, he goes public with his "horrible, demeaning experience".... MAN UP and CALL!!! You clearly haven't, or else a detailed decription of your phone call would have been posted here as well.
