I'll bet that's an awesome training strategy. Ya tie a coupla bricks/one cinder block, your choice to the end of your rifle, and aim.
Hold that sight picture, keep on it, til it hurts. Then hold it a bit longer. A bit more...
Then rest. Ten reps to exhaustion, five times a week, and I bet you'll be one on-target type of shooter.
