Wow, I wish I knew you were this open to customers when I was previously considering buying a Swiss Arms rifle new from your shop (2 years ago) and was told by the guy behind the counter to come back and look at it when the place wasn't so busy. I would have come into your office immediatly. Oh well, you did get to sell me some mags and other parts for it and the one I got second hand has your logo on it.
In a few months when I finally have the RPAL forms complete (Im slow) and in license in my possesion I'll be sure to come by TSE to see what you have.
Quite a few of you posts on here have shown me you truely do care about customers, even if some of your previous staff didn't.
I've got to add in that any time I've been in the shooting edge the staff has actually always been quite helpful, albeit it they all seem a bit rushed but what else do you expect when there is 40 people in the store and 5 staff members to help all of them out.
I know TSE's prices tend to be a bit higher than most of the "online" sponsors here but that's business. It's like anything else in the retail marketplace, I can buy a 42" tv from Futureshop for 2000$ or I can buy it from some online retailer for 1500 but take a risk not knowing what the service is going to be like.
By no means am I saying any of the online sponsors here are worse than TSE, I'm just saying whenever you are buying something from the internet you always take the risk of having horrible customer service afterwords because they never have to see you face to face and can simply ignore you.
Like I said, I personally have never had a problem from TSE when going in there but no matter what business you are in... someone is always going to have a problem.

Yes, local can work in some cases, provided you've got a receipt and all of the original packaging and the CS manager isn't having a bad day. All of my experiences with FutureShop have been that they're more than happy to take your money, but extremely not interested in taking the product back for whatever reason.
I find that returning stuff purchased online is really quite easy provided you're buying from a reputable vendor. Of course, as it is with any purchase, Caveat Emptor. Chances are that if they're going to ignore you online, they're going to ignore you in the store too (if they have one).
In the case of purchasing from one of the site sponsors (specifically TSE), I would recommend it wholeheartedly. These guys are not big chains and know what it is to deliver great customer service (for the most part, there's always that 1 exception in 100).
Just my $0.02.
Although at TSE there is no return/exchange policy so it really doesn't matter.
Unlike you're much vaunted badger arms, where if one questions anything or dares to ask about their months old purchase that hasn't been shipped, you get told where go and threatened!!Although at TSE there is no return/exchange policy so it really doesn't matter.
Oh, well, nice to see Pizdets not kissing ass for a change!
I'm confused... what was the "goodbye tse" thread about??
BAsically a guy was pretty cheesed off with things at TSE so rather then talk to a human manager he came on here and voiced his issues. There was some follow up discussion that was very good and interesting BUT the initial poster was off base and did not handle things well either.
