it would be prohib becasue you have to sut the bbl and it's aready ad minimum length, that would make the gun prohib.

Buy the Mares Leg, and then buy a replacement Rossi regular stock and you then have a 12" lever gun. What am I missing? Non-restricted. Guys have done that in the US or just buy a 16" Win or Rossi.

I am too. I was sure they would have been sold within days of my post. Must be the price.
I just noticed that two of the three Mare's Legs listed by Epps are now marked SOLD. The third has disappeared from their web site. So I guess they are all gone now.
oh haha did they sell today? I checked this morning and I think they were still for sale, well I think they owe us a thanks for selling them :D and to help wanstalls, they are bringing in rossi ranch hand mares legs which just got classified as non-res I am getting one from the first shipmentand they are cheaper than the other models, but there is still no definite price.
