One thing I forgot to mention about Browning, is that they have what they call "dealer only guns"
These are rifles, and shotguns available only to dealers, and not to the big box locations.
This supports small business and they should be commended for this effort.

I'm not into that recoil pad - doesn't leave any room for anything else...
Gun control means using BOTH hands

That was the primary reason I took that pic, and I'm surprised you're the first to comment on it.
I saw similar designs elsewhere as well.

The cynergy has been available here as an unsingle combo for some time now. I personally like an unsingle however I think the cynergy is one BUTT-UGLY gun and that isnt easy to say for a huge Browning fan. Now turn that unsingle combo into a citori gold(which is available south of the border) and then you have my attention!:D

It sort of looks like a 2-piece pad to me. Perhaps you can still remove the rear portion to add to it. Can anybody confirm?

The pad itself is available in short, medium, or long, and quarter inch spacers that fit next to the stock are also available. That's according to the Browning catalog.
That catalog is full half inch thick by the way, Browning is getting into pretty much everything.
