Discovered this rail made by a guy in Colorado. I have one being sent in the mail:

He even has a few Youtube videos posted on his site.

Anyone tried this? If not, looks like I'm finally spearheading a thing on his forum

Let us know how it turns out, it might help solve my issue of the rifle shooting a foot high with the sights bottomed out.
I may be disabled, but I can still shoot:

Came in the mail today. Gonna put 'er on next week and zero it with a Bushnell TRS-25 on. I'll post review and pics when I get the chance.

Mine's a Ranch Hand in 45 Colt with an extended butt, so I at least wouldn't have to worry too much about aiming off for different calibres (38/357, etc.), jusyt the different loadings. Wish me luck!

How high is the rail? I have a rear peep/fiber optic front on mine. It would be cool if I could still see the sights i have now over the rail - sort of as a backup to the rail mounted optic. Looking forward to your review. Thanks John
