    Badger Arms Service

    Just wondering if anyone has any feedback for me on this particular re-seller?

    I purchased an Norc M-4 back in January from them and at the time they were including a case. I received the gun sans case and when I contacted the proprietor, I was informed that they were training someone in shipping/receiving and that someone had made a mistake and NOT shipped the case. No big deal. I was told that I could have the case shipped to me or a rebate. I requested the case and was told one would be shipped ASAP. That was January. I have since sent a number of e-mails requesting the status of my case and have received no response. Having looked at their site recently, apparently they are no longer offering the M4 with a case. I'm thinking this doesn't bode well for me receiving my case. I am developing the same kind of "warm fuzzies" that I got when dealing with Marstar.

    Any input or thoughts are appreciated.

    Post your complaint openly on a gun forum without actually trying to resolve the issue with the store. E-mails do not work.

    By other members posts, emails don't work well when trying to resolve a problem....doesn't seem to matter who the vendor is.

    Might be best to call them.

    This is actually not true, you can, but i have moved this to their forum, instead of the black and green forum.

    i have called them several times about trading in some guns and stated what I had. I was then told several more times that the manager or whom ever would contact me to see what he could do. That was at the begining of January. I dunno, love their prices and such but not to happy on their customer service.

    I just bought a new handgun from them, and although the gun is still waiting to have the trasfer complete, its been smooth so far and I have no complaints.
