Yes, the rifle has been in the hands of the RCMP for a couple of weeks now.

This will be the new "must have' .22 rifle by the end of the year. I sold my M&P15-22 and have a hole in the collection that would look good being filled by this gun.

I'll buy one only if it goes Non-res.

And really too bad they wont take BDMags... but at the same time... I guess there is no "pistol variant" either so /me crosses fingers.

    Also Yeah +1 for Tan.

Quick question. In the ShotShow thread, apparently the stock 'broke' where it hinges due to weak plastic. Does it look more re-inforced at all? Or is it the same thin plastic that is said to be prone to braking?

And yeah I thought it was handed to RCMP long time ago too.

Either way looking forward to this.

Any expected time frame when the RCMP may let us know what designation this rifle will receive?

    We will keep everyone posted.

THanks for the update - I love my Chiappa 22 upper - but this would feel nice with the folder LOL! I assume it will be restricted? (cant quite make out OAL by pic with the folded stock)
Thanks again for bringing new toys to bear $$$$ waiting!!!
