OK...I think the concept is great...but is that little lock loop gona hold the door shut when I pry on it? Looks like 10gauge wire....anyone seen one in person yet?

If you have please do a review on this one....

There's a youtube clip of a guy opening a new one by slamming it down so the latch un hooks.... I think the idea here is not security but more of a way of keeping un authorized familly and friends from easily opening it.
It would be a good idea to mount it securely in a hidden location.

The idea is to legaly store a firearm without a triggerlock in a convenient location.

Even if it is made of foil, as long as it is considered a "SAFE" it is good to go. the biometric part makes it easier to open in the dark when you just awakened. No dial or code to remember.

    Thats my 2¢

I love the concept but some due dilligence will go a long way when it comes to biometric safes. Not all function consistently. This one looks great and is the perfect size for what I have in mind. Please report back if you get one.

    Cheers!

I could not agree more, that is why we did a lot of research before finding one we felt comfortable enough to offer to our customers.

We looked at many made from the Far East, nothing we saw satisfied us, even though they were much less expensive than the one we now offer....

At last we settled on this unit, completely made in the USA, the metal work, lock system, the electronics, everything is American....

In addition this unit is accepted in the State of California as being "safe storage"
