The rifle HAS a name, it had to have either name or model to get an FRT #. Seeing as it only took 3 years to get an FRT # do we really want to have to wait how much longer to go through the whole process again over a name change?

Oh, they would classify it prohibited for sure. In fact, they would probably use that as an excuse to prohibit ALL .308 rifles... period.
