    Shipping scope to Canada ??

Are U.S. retailers prevented from shipping scopes to Canada due to manufacturer deals or government legislation ??? I found a scope I'm interested in (on sale) but upon contacting the retailer they said that they do not ship to Canada .
Is it legal to have a U.S citizen ship it to me after receiving it ?? Or is it legislation etc that prevents them from shipping it across the border ??

    cheers

Some companies will ship and have the correct paperwork to do so. 4scopes.com is one that ships to Canada.

All the fuss you hear about is United States export laws.

If Russia allows export, have at 'er.

You're allowed to import into Canada.
