Is the feed control spring part of the feed lip set? I have one of the Gen 1 mags with the older design as seen here:

Never having had mine apart...would the innards from a SR-22 drop into a Marauder kit? Or do they have any different pieces compared to a regular 10/22 carbine?

Might be an option to selling the SR22 and getting another carbine to use with the Marauder stock.

It seems you can buy a 10 22 carbine and the marauder stock for less money than the sr22. Not sure about taking off the sr22 chassis, but it also should work

Yes the internals will work, they are just standard 10/22 in a Nordic kit.

Would the barrel and innards of a sr-22 not make it a restricted rifle then? With the folded stock overall length? Or am I missing a another awesome loophole?

Nope, no loophole I'm afraid. I'll have to pin the stock in the open position forever.

I thought of using a stock barrel (I have one left over from a 17HM2 build), but figure if the pin annoys me and I really feel the need to fold her up I might get the SR barrel threaded and attach a flash hider of enough length.

Seems like a lot of work though, and would only be worth it if the SR barrel had enough inherent accuracy to make it worthwhile.
