Oh how I wish I had more money (and open space) to play with one of these!
It would be nice to have but where could you shoot it? The gun clubs in the Eastern Townships QC have caliber restrictions that limit anything above 30-378.
There are a list of calibres that are approved for use at most ranges. .50s aren't allowed here...
Nothing stopping you from taking it to a safe cutblock with a good backstop.
The price for TSE's 50bmg ammo is exceptional, the "other guys" are still gouging their customers for 13-15 bucks per round.
At 5-6 bucks per round it makes the 50 cal game a little more affordable. I remember rolling my own for that kind of money. Hopefully TSE can keep bringing them in consistently at that price.
