But the skorpion pistol is a prohib or some .. They are registered as rifles. I discussed this with North Sylva. Hopefully they can come in and clarify everything for all of us.

bfiles is right. The Skorpion pistol is on the prohib list, under Prohibited Weapons Order #11, prohibited back in '92. You can thank Kim Campbell and C-17 for that piece of work, among many other things.

Former Prohibited Weapons Order, No. 11

    40. The firearm of the design commonly known as the Skorpion Auto Pistol, and any variant or modified version of it.
The Skorpion rifle, however, seems to be perfectly fine.
When they came for my Full auto machine gun, no one did a thing, as it didn't affect them. When they came for my Converted auto, they still said nothing. When they came for my Handguns and Semi-autos they were still too scared to say anything. When they came for my single shot bolt-action .22 rifle, there was no one left to help me.
Is this what we want to see in our future?

That Skorpion pistol is the old Intratec version in .22 and that odd 9mm one.

Listen, and understand. That Liberal is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse- only fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your guns are gone.

That's strange. I thought they already had that covered on the list as the Tec-Scorpion (Tec-22)? I believe that was the name of the model my father had confiscated due to C-17(he still has the pistol case, and that's what it says on it).

We are still working on this issue. It has been a little slower than we expected. It's still coming though.
