I was told by someone who used it a bit that there was a prototype semi MG-42 in existence built by someone somewhere in Canada... If this rifle ever gets to a production stage, it would be awsome!

I know someone who has one, close to sending it to the RCMP for FRT #. But that is a private project, not anything production.

Yes we built several protype Mg-42s....
We have a model ready for production, it is approved both here and in the US.
