That was a long time ago....

Since you are in a rush, why don't you buy up my stock of M53 LMGs and my drawings for the guns and assemble them here or off shore ....

Cut you one hell of a deal

John, I knew the Mg42 was your prototype but I was not sure you wanted it known you were working on the project... Knowing the impatience and nagging that could ensue! I talked to a member of the Haas reenactment group at the last Montreal gun show and it was exciting to hear about a canadian made semi-auto Mg42!

It is way pass the prototype stage.... The entire project took about 2.1/2/ years and seven prototypes before we came up with a satisfactory model.

As I said the RCMP has accepted our model and accorded it an FRT number.

Perhaps when the economy in the US improves we will begin production as the Canadian market alone is simply too small to justify a large run.

So I am guessing that no one wants to comment on the MG34's. Something that is actually on the market, unlike the 42's (interesting, don't get me wrong but currently unobtanium so my GAF is fairly low).

No kidding. That's a big project.

Do you have any pictures/video you could share with us?
If you're going through hell, keep going.
