Relax. Call them, they'll take it back, no problem. That's unusual for norinco, just get them to send you another, it will be ship-shape. Keep in mind Marstar doesn't make them, or disassemble them, they bring them in by the container. If you want meticulous quality control, buy Swiss or Austrian.

Personally, for $199. I would not expect any fit and finish just function. I've got no problem with my norinco's. I've never seen a barrel that you could not buff out? Ditto on 5440fight's comments.

step 1: buy gun
step 2: examin gun, problem found.
step 3: call marstar, they fix problem with one year warnty.
step 4: buy more guns and ammo.
