Hey John, been trying to get a hold of you for a status update on my order. Was received 09/27.
This is absolutely not a complaint! I understand you get busy and can't answer emails/pms all the time which is the avenue I have tried to communicate with you.
Unfortunately, my email is on the fritz and seems to be selective on which mail gets through regardless of whether I have received email from the person before or not(not a spam filter thing, just an old ####e computer thing). I know there were issues when I initially sent the order with the form going through blank.
Also, I'm in an environment that I am not allowed to have a phone during the operating hours listed on your site so I am unable to call and check unfortunately.
I just want to make sure everything is alright and you don't need anything else at this time.
