Sounds to me like you wanted something they could get but didn't have the money.
They are an A1 business to deal with, and have extended me the same courtesy whether they sold me a $5 part or a $3000 firearm.
Sorry to hear about your experience... The few times I've had to dealt with them, I had great service.

My Robarms M96 s**t the bed, piston fell apart. Wolverine not only replaced it free of charge but sorted out my bolt that was a 1st generation. This was over the phone, problem sorted out in a 2 minutes conversation "Send it back, and we'll sort it out, no charge of course"
