    Does PPQ happen to stand for Police Province Quebec? Is it the Montreal Police Department that use the P-99?

    Montréal use Walther P99 QA with the original frame , Québec city the P99 DAO . And the Security minister use the Walther P99 with 3gen frame.

    Ahah , no, All the other security around , like the law courts guard or prison guard. The police school use it too, logic when 1/2 of the province use this pistol.
