Has anyone sent their trigger to the USA (Kivaar) to get a trigger job and have it returned through customs safely? OR, is their someone in Canada that does this as well?

Is your trigger that bad? I just put in the Wolff springs and it made a significant difference.

I'd have to disagree somewhat on this one... not all SKS have bad triggers, as a matter of fact, mine was fine :D

Mine seems fine (Chinese), much nicer then my wifes (Russkie), safety is smoother as well.
I may be disabled, but I can still shoot:

Mine has negative engagement but not alot of creep. I started to adjust the angle on the sear with a stone (per the video) but it did not change anything. I am concerned I will bugger it up.

Mine too! The springs just made the trigger lighter and smoother.

Maybe it's not worth sending it in, I don't know. I just want to make sure it is safe to use. I just got 600 rounds military ammo steel jacket, non corrosive. They don't seem to cycle all that smoothly with some jams. This is the tapco 20 round mag. A little lubricating helped a bit. Not nearly as smooth as the original factory mag.
