    Er...the pic above is clearly a single column. The link you posted about the NP28, is a double column magazine/frame...so a different model.

    Are you sure this is a photo of a stock NP-29, even the TT (two-tone) version?

    The reason I ask is that, obviously, it is sporting aftermarket grips. Further, there appears to be a black mag-well attached, and the barrel bushing and guide-rod plug both appear to be chromed.

    I have a feeling this gun strarted it's life as a standard two-tone, but was later blinged out to some degree.

    Just a tarted-up NP-29.
    Probably on a Norinco nickeled frame.
