    How is the reliability of the 7.5" barrel? For function?

    Got my first AR (Norinco 10.5) on the way and know nothing about such things, yet.

    I just want the barrelled upper and BCG!
    Doesn't matter, anymore. We're only good for filling sandbags for floods and saving people during winter storms. Other-wise we're kicking posts and crazies who are over worked, over taxed, underpaid and never truly appreciated.

    I'm working on it too many kids running around to dedicate a few hours to the armoury yet.. I have to remove tIe handguard to get a wrench on the hider.... Anyone know if it's as simple as removing those 4 screws? ALso, any tricks to removing the staked castle nut?

    UPdate, yes it's just those four screws... what a cool design! STaked castle nut looks like more trouble though
