New Timney 10/22 Trigger Group Lower - INSTOCK

    PRICING $250

After months of waiting, finally got one of these Gems for a customer. It was definitely worth the wait and it is awesome.

All milled allum "lower", Trigger pull is the nicest I have felt in a 10/22 - light, crisp with no overtravel. It comes fully assembled as pictured and includes all the nice accessories like a polymer recoil buffer for the hammer, extended mag release, much nicer bolt hold open lever and safety.

There will be more eventually and it will be well worth the wait. I am hoping to get the price down in the near future but it might be for a more basic black unit? Still very new so I don't have lot of info on it yet.

I am thinking this trigger group paired to a Dlask upper, Shilen barrel in a promag target stock and a Sightron target scope. That'll shoot and work slick.

    Enjoy...

I have the VQ trigger group and Canam has the Timney, both are wonderful, but the timney is a tad lighter pull.

I have the older Timney 10/22 trigger that you installed into the housing yourself. Excellent trigger and mine is adjusted to provide a release @ 2.5lbs and very little (no noticeable) overtravel. I find even with the very light recoil of a .22 rimfire I am double tapping the rounds, others who have shot my rifle tend not to do this, but they are harder on the pull so once the trigger is depressed they tend to hold it so, where as I inadvertantly double tap, as mentioned.

Same 2.5lbs release on my bolt action rifles, but because those are not autoloading, there is no issue with the double tap.

When I have some time, I will go to the range and try to play with the adjustments to eliminate the problem ...but disasemply requierd so this is time consuming.

Would you say it is as nice as a single stage Kidd.

Never tried a Kidd but much better then alot of tuned triggers with aftermarket parts.

It is right there with the center fire triggers I use for competition.

The mag release may interfere with the grip. Unsure as I do not have a unit to play with. This was the only 1 I could get and it has already been sent to the customer.
