I never herd of a company offering a full 100% refund including shipping and the customer actting like this. Just another reason why the "me" generation will lead to the decline of this country.
People make mistake's and they should be judged on how they re-act to these situations and yes even I have had some problems with some stuff that I baught at Marstar but I have never, ever questioned there customer service or "Iron Clad Warrenty". Infact this is the main reason why I keep coming back to the, for my purchases.
Now back to the regularly schedualed program...
