Great service TSE!!! (& I'm not a shill)

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction for the service I received from TSE. I purchased a Vortex Sparc recently and found that a small item was missing from the package contents. I reported it using the "Contact us" form on the TSE web site and received a response the following day. TSE shipped out the item pronto with no questions asked (except my mailing address) and I received it a few days later. This is the kind of service that I expect but these days, it's hit & miss with some vendors. I always take the path of least resistance and TSE is definitely on that path. I will be dealing with you again.
