You can download them from here as well...

    CFSC (non-restricted)
    http://www.gov.pe.ca/photos/original/CFSCmanualVer2.pdf

    CRFSC (restricted)
    http://www.gov.pe.ca/photos/original/CRFSCmanualV2.pdf

    Other...
CORE (conservation & outdoor recreation education)
    http://isohunt.to/torrent_details/59...C-Core-Manuals

You will need a torrent client such as uTorrent to download the P2P files above. It includes the CORE manual and 2008 versions of the CFSC/CRFSC manuals. Deselect the other files in your P2P manager if all you are wanting is the CORE manual.

Here's another set of links, in case the others ever go down. Straight from the Government of Canada Publications website.

    CFSC (non-restricted)
    CRFSC (restricted)

Up to date and working links

    Fifth edition - 2014

    Canadian Firearms Safety Course

    http://publications.gc.ca/site/eng/9...blication.html

    Student Hand Books 2008

    NON-REST http://publications.gc.ca/site/eng/9...blication.html
    REST http://publications.gc.ca/site/eng/9...blication.html

The links are slow, but they work. You probably end up on a terrorist watch list, but they work.
Doesn't matter, anymore. We're only good for filling sandbags for floods and saving people during winter storms. Other-wise we're kicking posts and crazies who are over worked, over taxed, underpaid and never truly appreciated.

    Hi All,

A little bit of digging on Google with the ISBN # got me the main download link (the others provided were dead or out of date) from the RCMP for the new (2014 - 5th edition) combined CFSC & CRFSC manual:

    http://publications.gc.ca/collection...1-2014-eng.pdf

    Enjoy!
