Why don't you contact somebody like dlask? Just a shot in the dark but I'm guessing having a barrel made up would cost around 4-500$..
The barrels are not threaded on these so they would need to spend quite some time to fab one up with the correct headspace , flange etc...not exactly a matter of turning one on the lathe.

Interesting... I looked and figured it'd be fairly easy. Mind you, I'm no machinist.
And an edit to add; I'd still give Joe a shout. He's taken on odd ball jobs for me in the past.
I'm sure Joe could cut and crown it for you for not too much $.
