The 9mm will not fit. The 5.45 will.
This is because the 9mm uses a new bolt and carrier assembly, in additon to fitting the magwell adapter into the magwell of the Tavor. Canadian Tavors do not have the right dimensions in the reciver for the new BCGs or the holes for the magwell:
But the 5.45 is just a barrel, bolt, and magazine. From my minor disassembly the bolt and barrel are interchangeable between the US SAR and the IWI TAR
