    Marstar has some leather slings in their Garand accessories section..

    JRA makes a verision with new old stock USGI barrels and a version with the criterion replacement...

    mine was part of the 4 brought in at the beginning of august and i fully expected it to be the criterion, but was pleasantly surprised to find a springfield armory manufactured barrel from 1951.

    if you pull back on the charging handle and look at the exposed part of the barrel, its right there.

    What am I looking for exactly?

    I assume mine is a Criterion.. the barrel stamp is "SA Fxxxxxxx 1 5 P m" and finishes with what looks like a star with three dots above it. The "SA" has me scratching my head a bit.
