Sent away May. 16th, received July. 23rd.
Celebrated the only way I know how.
Sent my PAL → RPAL upgrade in the mail on June 5th. It showed up online around June 25th. Status today changed to issued. 46 calendar days for me

April 21st- Application received
May 21st- Credit Card Charged
July 6th- Reference Interviewed
July 20th- Called in was told CFO has application call back in 2-3 weeks
August 5th- Same story
106 days......and counting
Call them at the beginning of next week and ask them to be transferred to the CFO office of BC
challenged the rpal on june 18th..lol, yea, i was pushing it, they received it june 24th, reference called yesterday, 10 mins later status changed to issued, 45 days total in bc for pal to rpal upgrade
and today my card showed up one week after status changed to approved online
My wife's PAL arrived today in the mail (14 Aug). Credit Card was charged on 20th July. That's only 19 business day to process which, imho, is very good.
She got no phone interview nor did her references (both RPAL license holders). She takes her RPAL course next week...

My little brother just got his first PAL/RPAL in BC. Did the test end of April and sent his paperwork in right away. Finally got his RPAL the end of July. Took about 90 days.
