Welcome to CGN and to our forum. We get asked a lot of the same questions and hopefully we can answer a number of those here for you.

We are an on-line only business who does not operate a retail location. We do not have the ability to allow people to come in and pick up product or accept orders in person. We are here Monday to Friday from 9:AM to 5:PM eastern time.

The best way to get a hold of us is to email us at sales@questar.ca. We will typically be able to respond to you in 24 hours or less Monday to Friday. Second best is by phone, 800-985-0574. We may not be able to answer your call immediately but leave a message we will get back to you. Lastly would be to post in our forum.

Our website is live. If it shows a quantity in stock that is what we have. If an order is placed on-line it will reduce that item by the amount ordered as soon as the customer checks-out. If we do not have stock (no quantity showing) we will list what we expect the delivery will be. We get emailed a lot asking if we have X in stock. If the website says we do then it's here, if it doesn't then we don't.

We get a lot of emails after we receive a shipment and we add product to the website. People will send us an email asking' I see you have X on the website. Does that mean my back order is shipping?' The short answer is yes. The way it works is that if you have an order in with us and you have paid the deposit then when the items arrive all back orders are filled first and then any remaining qty will be added to the website. When your order ships you will get an email from Canada Post with the shipping information and tracking number. This doesn't come from us so you may need to check your spam box.

If you do not see an item from a manufacturer we deal with send us an email and we'll look into it for you. We can't promise that we can get the item for you but we will try.
