The app is free but it seems you need to pay once you get it so that you can log in or even view the forum as a guest. Although I downloaded a copy I'm not sure how it works as I stopped when I realized that I needed to pay to use it. I've downloaded a lot of apps over the years but have never seen one where you can load it onto your phone for free 1st and then have to pay to make it work, but unless I'm wrong about what happens once you buck up I guess that's the gist of it.

Your correct. Free to download but you purchase an annual mobile app membership from the CGN web store in order to use the app.

Weird... I just downloaded it on my Android phone and it worked. Im on it now and its working fine... I havent paid for anything?
May have been fixed. I think a "free" app needs to be free... If it costs money but apple doesn't get a cut I think it violates apples terms of use.
