I have purchased countless items from Marstar - wait for it... I picked up the telephone and called them!!!
Everyone cut them some slack - they are way more concerned about this issue than most of the above posters.
Let's be positive about this and hope it's a minor problem. Usually when they go down they come back up again with a bunch of goodies for the Nutz. Hang in there Marstar!
