We are still learning the Canadian firearm rules and talking with officials there about shipping our shotguns.

California has strict gun laws too and a magazine round limit that our exceeds too, however, our magazine is counted as 4 separate magazines because you have to manually index it.

I'll keep you guys updated with this as I learn more.
Any new on this shotgun coming to canada I'd love to buy one!

Unfortunately, the CFC has already issued a ruling on the SRM, and is not appealable. This applies equally to the 1208, 1212 and 1216.

    - the cartridge magazine utilized by the SRM Arms, Model 1216 is a detachable, high capacity, rotary magazine located under the barrel.- this rotary cartridge magazine is manually indexed and consists of a magazine body with four tubes which feed the cartridges in a linear fashion.
    - this rotary cartridge magazine has been determined to be the complete assembly of the four magazine tubes and attaching points; therefore the magazine capacity is the sum of the capacity of all four tubes.
    - this rotary cartridge magazine for this firearm in all capacities is a "Prohibited Device" unless reduced to five (5) shots or less.

Not really a fair comparison, since the KSG is a pump and the SRM is a semi-automatic.

They can always make the 4 round tubes separate, and up to the gun owner to assemble those tubes together.

I think this is the gun that Williams Arms in Port Perry has for sale. The last time I was there they were showing my buddy & I a Shotgun that holds 16 rounds. Looks like a big black play toy but NOT. Give them a shoot in Port Perry Im sure this is the gun you are talking about.

No, it would be like saying you can use a coupler for the LAR 10 round magazines, you flip the magazine over, you have 10 more rounds. Totally legal.

It was likely the UTAS UTS15. Similar look but a very different gun.
