Here is a pretty good video that details the caliber exchange, takedown and other features of the rifle. I would definitely be into one of these if they are non restricted.

Nice; but I wouldn't be counting on them being non-restricted.

It's pretty similar to the sub2k or JRC for what that's worth as long as we can get them in 18.5" barrel length and 26" OAL it should meet the requirements for classification as NR.

Looks like a quality piece of gear. On a sidenote, yes it does resemble the JR carbine. One sees quite frequently WTB adds for it on CGN. But I also notice rarely does a JR owner brag about it's quality or reliability etc.

The JR and Thureon carbines are very similar in concept (except they aren't takedown rifles) and they got NR status no problem. I'm not saying we're 100% guaranteed they won't try the AR variant angle, but I think there is a pretty good chance they could make it in as non-restricteds if they have a long enough barrel.
When they came for my Full auto machine gun, no one did a thing, as it didn't affect them. When they came for my Converted auto, they still said nothing. When they came for my Handguns and Semi-autos they were still too scared to say anything. When they came for my single shot bolt-action .22 rifle, there was no one left to help me.
Is this what we want to see in our future?
