Do these have parallax that I observed with Nc Star? When you move your head relative to a stationary sight and see how the dot moves against the target?

My bro has one of these mounted on top of a Burris AR-332 Prism and it's prettysweet to shoot. It's physicaly a very small red dot sight. Also should come with a sun shade
