I just checked and they only come in 30-06. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to convert one to .308/7.62x51?

I've been reading on some US boards (1919a4.com and beltfedforums) and it sounds like it IS possible to convert, and not that tough. THe problem is that it doesn't use the same parts for the conversion as a 1919a4, and apparently M37 parts are tougher to find and more expensive. Oh well - won't take TOO many rounds before it's well worth the conversion price.
I have a spare .308 barrel for my 1919A4, it would be nice if it fits the M37.

Are all of these spoken for?
What types of belts can be used in these? Are they the same as the 1919? Can a cloth belt be used. I did I search here and google and did not turn up any result.
