How do you sign up for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and how much is it going to cost? Also what time does the course usually start at and is it easy?

you need to find a local provider of the course -- where are you located?
hours vary, but it is not too difficult.
Google firing ranges or gun clubs in your area then hit their websites or call and see if they offer the course, try your local gun shops too.
Some places offer it during the week, my local area club Silverdale offers it on weekends.
Hi
Visit this site.
Lots and lots of informative material.

This site is for Ontario but still a good read for non-Ontarians.

A good start would be to let us know your city and the good folks here can guide you in the right direction.
It's very easy. If you've been around guns for a while, you can probably just take the exam and skip the course. I'd recomend getting and reading the book though, as it covers the laws you need to know.
When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.
Cost will vary as well depending where you take it, here in Ottawa i did both Restricted and Non restricted same weekend. Started Friday night at 6pm until 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm. Cost i believe was 275$ for both.
