Bought a springfield trp operator from gunbroker and used irg service for importation. The whole process took 1 month and Ithen was very straightforward.

I use IRG very often in US online auctions. Never had issues. And if there was, they will help you out.
Comms have been great either thru PMs, email and phone calls.

The MD Charlton solution was VERY helpful, it didn't come from IRG, it came from the guys at Wanstalls (who I've never bought anything from but do now). MD Charlton said "no problem, send it in and we'll fix it" even though they don't know me either. I've bought 2 pistols (SIG226, Walther PPQ 22lr) from IRG and after several emails and I'm still waiting for them to step up.
I thought I made it clear. Perhaps go back and read my reply again?

Good idea, though it's what you should have done in the first place.

I Imported a fairly uncommon revolver with irunguns. The import fees, shipping, taxes etc came to about $500. From purchase to my hand took 92 days. The tyrap used for a trigger lock was ajar. There was gunpowder residue in the cylinder, Appeared to have been fired. But it did get here and is otherwise as advertised. Importing was the only way I could get one. The fees etc doubled the price.

Customer service is horrible... Gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times.

I have ordered my first rifle with them in time for the October cut off and expecting a tracking number anytime now. If all goes well, they got themselves a repeat customer.
