I've got one too and it's a great piece for the price. I'm pissed that you're out of stock now... I was going to get another one last week just to have it available for my next build. I should know better than to wait on things like this these days.

This thread is relevant, so I'll bump it rather than starting a new one.

I am also interested in using the STI matched upper/lower receiver set as a base for an AR build, and the barrel I plan on using has M4 feed ramps in the barrel extension.

My question is: does the STI upper receiver have grooves cut into it to mate up with the M4 feed ramps in the barrel extension?
