    * Just a little update on the hard armor products, which may have been missed.
Our plates are SAP "Stand alone Plate", not IC "in conjuction" you do not need any other soft armour under these plates to rate them as level 3 or level 4 plates.
This is very important to understand, as for example if youbuy a level 4 “IC” in conjunction plate, it must be use with Level 3a or level 3 soft armor, or the back face trauma may be enough to cause major injury or death if the plate is struck with ammunition that the plate is not rated for.

will the hybrid plates crack if dropped? Similar to the Dyneema? Or still standard run of the mill ceramic plate?

Not made in canada, they are OEM MFG for us by a well known armor company.

    No very unlikely.
The hybrid plates are a combo of kevlar, dyneema, uhmw, and a small thin Aluma/ceramic insert to break up the bullet, unlike the standard cerimic plates , they are able to be dropped with much less, to very little chance to being damaged.

How were these rated? By NIJ itself or a third party?
    Country of origin??
Also, will they will fit a BFG LMAC large?
