    As an example, 1lb on the end of a 30 inch stick will definitely feel a lot light when removed. I have no doubts that they feel a lot lighter than they actually are, it's all about leverage.

    I would be interested in a light barrel .223

    what about a light barrel with an integrated flash hider to shorten the overall length?

    This would also interrest me. When are more of the light 1-9 twist barrels expected?

    Just to confirm weights are 2 lb and 2.8 lb. We have spare barrels in stock all 1:9 twist lots of heavy barrels and a handfull of light barrels, these can be found on our web site price is $499.00 plusshipping and tax.

    How much would it cost to have my current heavy profile barrel turned down to shave .8lbs off and re park it? Less than $500?
